On Saturday I went to Hsinchu, a nearby city, for teacher training. A few of my co-workers came with, and we spent the bulk of the day in an air conditioned building listening to lectures, and completing a few activities.

Scooters galore! They are everywhere.

There was a Starbucks near the building we were in, but I didn't check it out. Before I leave, I want to see the Starbucks and McDonalds here.

Starbucks in Taiwan? Oh, i'd HAVE to see that! :-)
Looks like you're having a hot, but great time so far!
I haven't been yet, but I definetly want to check out a Starbucks here. The menu is written in English and Chinese, so I'll actually be able to order a drink by myself.
Thanks for reading & leaving a comment on my blog!
