Moody skies

I stayed inside for most of the day today, except when I did my laundry and when I went to the rooftop of my apartment building. It rained lightly, and was very windy. When I poured my laundry detergent, the wind directed it away from the washer and onto the wall.

Some locals repair their wind-mangled garden construct:

I was eaten alive by the mosquitoes at Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm. I have between 15-20 bites. Parts of my leg feel like braille.

Love the photo of the sky! If this is the worst of Sepat that would make me happy. Still, peak of the season isn't over yet.

Ouch, braille legs. Yikes, mosquitoes love me. I would be completely covered.

We're getting a few of our usual summer storms, ever watchful for lightning strikes. There was one started on Honeyman Hill and they doused it in short order.

Some of the people I was with hadn't a single bite, and there I was scratching like a nut.

Where's Honeyman Hill?

You are your mother's daughter, you poor thing. :D

Sorry, typical Lillooet lingo. On Moha Road, just a little past Amber and Andrew's family live is Cariboo Apiaries. And it's on a hill.

Before we moved to Lillooet GM and GP already knew Bob and Leigh because Bob's mother lived in the old neighbourhood and she used to buy her plants from them.

Great sky picture, good to hear the typhoon didn't cause major damage your side.
